Stuart Barkoff

Stuart Barkoff is a founder and Managing Partner of GEF Capital Partners, an investment firm based outside Washington, DC that focuses on acquiring interests in companies that offer products and services to mitigate the harmful effects of climate change and pollution. Prior to founding GEF Capital Partners in 2018, Stuart was a Managing Director at Global Environment Fund, a firm that was an early pioneer in sustainability investing. He began his career at Arnold & Porter LLP, an international law firm based in Washington, D.C.

Stuart has an undergraduate degree from Vassar College, and a J.D. and MBA from Emory University.
