Client Service Manager
Carol is responsible for coordinating the client experience in the store. She manages the client intake process and scheduling as well as maintains the client database. Carol coordinates and schedules the volunteer team in addition to processing online orders.
Before joining The Clothesline, Carol had a varied career, working as a Clinical Trials Monitor for HIV therapies at GlaxoSmithKline in Research Triangle Park, NC, and as a pastry chef at 2941 Restaurant in Falls Church. She lives in Arlington with her husband, two children, and their dog, Ripley.
